How should I prepare for my first treatment?
A one-hour massage with your therapist is often over far too quickly. However, even if one massage won’t heal all your ills, preparing yourself in advance can maximize your experience and all its benefits. Here are some tips for your next massage.
Stay hydrated, eat lightly, take a hot shower dress comfortably, communicate your needs and last, but not least, please make sure there is enough space for your therapist to set up the massage table and enough space is available to maneuver around it. Ideally, at least 3 feet of space, all around the table, is needed to ensure proper and safe mechanics.
Even when the massage is underway, let your therapist know your preferences or if you feel uncomfortable.
Enjoy your massage!
What should I expect from my first session?
Once you begin to feel more comfortable, you'll start to feel better and more relaxed. Everyone's experience is different. Expect to leave the session more relaxed, both mentally and physically.
Do you help treat terminal or chronic illness?
Not only does massage help to build the immune system, it relieves tension, stress, helps with fatigue, body aches, headaches and so much more. It relaxes the entire mind, body, and soul.
